Her recent appearances on Bill Maher, The View, and CNN are clear indicators Greene wants to win over anti-Trump Americans. Greene has been increasingly critical of her own party.
MTG bashed Republicans for not having a “plan” to replace Obamacare, which she said made her “angry.”

That’s right. She couldn’t even win a state-wide election, much less the whole country.
I generally like MTG’s views and policy positions, but she’s not a candidate capable of winning a national election. Her stridency and mouthiness would turn off the moderates and independent voters you need to put together a majority coalition. Before anyone responds that Trump is mouthy too, that’s true, but he’s “sui generis” (in his own category) and what he has done is likely impossible to replicate.
She’s acting. She doesn’t really believe in what she’s saying, she just knows it’s what gets her attention.
What has she actually accomplished of substance?
