Democratic strategist James Carville predicted on his "Politics War Room" podcast that Democrats will win the 2028 presidential election and move to expand the Supreme Court.
CARVILLE: So I want to talk to Chief Justice Roberts, Justice Alito, Justice Barrett, Justice Kavanaugh, Justice Gorsuch. I might be forgetting one. I'm going to tell you what's going to happen.
A Democrat is going to be elected in 2028. You know that, I know that. It's going to be a Democratic House.
It's going to be a Democratic Senate. The Democratic president is going to announce a special transition advisory committee on the reform of the Supreme Court that we could have our third branch of government has lost the faith and trust of the American people. And his president is going to do everything in the law.
He's going to point a blue ribbon, maybe Judge Ludick and the dean of the, you know, just the usual fucking suspects. All right. And they're going to recommend that the number of Supreme Court justices go from nine to 13.
That's going to happen, people. That's going to happen to you. They're going to win.

Whenever this clown opens his mouth I usually feel better about things. For the life of me I cannot imagine a party without a plan or a message winning the Presidency…. Aside from cheating (which seems more difficult to do now) what can the left do? Theyve cried OMB for years and now spend 24/7 obstructing and failing to stop Trump. Actually, there are 13 Districts so there actually should be 13 Supreme Court Justices.
I would tell the Dems, we will expand the court by 4 to 13 Justices, if you vote for a Constitutional Amendment to lock in 13, then we will let you pick two of the four (within reason). If not, then we will pick all four.
The Senate is looking to be a lock for the Republicans for a long time, so it would be a deal the Dems should take if were reasonable which they are not.
Then a civil war or the formation of a new nation is going to happen.
Listen to them. This is what they are going to do and then the 2nd Amendment will be gone along with many other rights.

We were motivated in 2024 and we showed up to get Trump back in the White House.
I'm not seeing the same intensity from our side regarding 2026 and 2028.
So by default, they'll take the House in 2026 and they will start impeachment proceedings against Trump and Gavin Newsom will be elected as President in 2028.

For starters, our election procedures are corrupt. They encourage fraud.
I would add, when the voters get a real choice on the ballot of a real MAGA candidate, the majority of the time the voters will pick MAGA.
If I was you, and I believed your "reality", I would give up and log off.
Afterwards due to the Blue State Exodus, Red States will gain 14-28 House seats and electoral votes, locking the Dems out for a generation.
We'll just need to win two more elections—2026 and 2028.

The Republicans and Trump are pissing away this RARE moment when we have the White House, the Senate and House and a decent majority on the Supreme Court.
Trump is putting out stupid memes, spending time to get a new Air Force One jet, Building a ballroom, doing his fan dance with Ukraine and Russia, clinking Champagne with King Charles, screwing around in Gaza and Syria, attacking Massie and Paul, protecting the Epstein and JFK files, doing native dances in Indonesia, and anything Netanyahu tells him.
Meanwhile Congress hasn’t passed a single law that I am aware of besides his budget busting BBB. Not one. No voting reform, nothing addressing the stolen election.
Next November we will be getting a Democrat House and the impeachments begin. Then in 2028 Carville’s prediction comes true. WHEN Democrats come back in (not if) they will not be normal democrats like Obama and even Biden. They will be utterly filled with rage and revolutionary zeal and a deranged spirit of revenge. They will pack the court, ban firearms, give citizenship to 25 million illegals, enact massive censorship, and make the J6 arrests look like a joke.
Instead of fiddle-farting around with boutique issues, Trump ,Thune and Johnson had better get their asses in gear. They have maybe till June to get things done and then will do nothing until midterms.

Because the Founders never dreamed that the Supreme Court was a co-equal branch as we constantly hear now. They were a distant third in importance to Congress first and the President second.
The Court was not regarded as anything but a dispute settling court... -never- as creating or interpreting the constitutionality of laws.
He really needs to keep his collar buttoned lest the foreskin slip up over his face.

Actually you have it backwards. There should be some districts eliminated down to 9. The DC circuit is one example that needs eliminating. The political cases of DC (that is what they are) should be farmed out at random around the country instead of all political cases going to a 95% democrat jury.
Harris was such a bad candidate and was only behind by 1.5% in the popular vote, so don't underestimate the impact of stupid voters.
Without Trump on the ballot, it is likely that the Dims take the House and Senate in 2026 and Trump gets impeached in February, 2027. You can bet that impeachment plans are already in the works.
I don’t underestimate stupid voters. However I don’t stupidly cite popular national results either.
Short of a complete economic meltdown GOP will win 2028 handily.
The GOP needs to figure out the Trump not on ballot issue.. which isn’t hard but they are just too stupid to accept reality.
However on a presidential year, unless the economy collapses GOP will handily win 2028, and it won’t be close in the EC.
Midterms and off years.. those are different beasts.
