He said that the dividend of at least $2,000 would be paid to everyone, bar 'high income people,' although he did not state what the threshold for that would be.
The president also generally lauded the state of the US, calling it 'the most respected country in the world.' He said there is 'almost no inflation, and a record stock market price.'
Trump cited 'trillions of dollars' of tariff income and said the money would soon go to paying the country's 'enormous debt' of $37trillion.

That’s an insult. Pay it to those who pay taxes, in reverse income tax order. My wife and I paid over $355k in income tax alone last year into this waste of a government...

If your yearly income tax is less that $2000 you pay nothing.
So if you would pay $500 you pay no tax, but you DON’T get the additional $1,500 in a check
No. Pay down federal debt with the money. The people do not need more government handouts while the government has such high deficits and debt.
