Calvin Smith: Grok CANNOT Tell the Truth About This – It Admitted It!
Harbingers TV ^ | November 8, 2025 | Calvin Smith

Posted on 11/09/2025 6:07:22 AM PST by cuz1961

I used strict math, logic, and science to show Grok (Elon Musk’s AI) that dinosaurs lived at the same time as humans — it admitted it. But then it defaulted right back to the evolutionary story…

Note that this interaction with Grok 4 is intended to be for educational purposes only. Although Grok 4 has been touted by its founder Elon Musk as the most sophisticated AI currently on the planet (with better comprehension than most PhDs in all fields simultaneously), we are not claiming Grok 4 will always provide accurate information or represent current scientific arguments as human experts perhaps would. For specific, current information in any area, we suggest you look up peer reviewed articles from reputable journals. However, we welcome people apply the same parameters (strict logic, mathematical probability and observational science) and ask Grok 4 the same questions we have to see the results for themselves, understanding that Grok 4 pulls data from a wide range of sources and can make accurate conclusions based on current scientific data in many circumstances. For a better understanding of AiG’s stance on the use of AIs (published prior to Grok 4’s release), please read the article What Only People Can Do: The Limits of Large Language Models, How to navigate a dangerous new technology by Harry F. Sanders, III and Lita Sanders on July 8, 2025, available on the Answers in Genesis website.

Brontosaurus 🦕 description…

Job 40: 15 Behold now behemoth, which I made with thee; he eateth grass as an ox. 16Lo now, his strength is in his loins, and his force is in the navel of his belly. 17He moveth his tail like a cedar: the sinews of his stones are wrapped together. 18His bones are as strong pieces of brass; his bones are like bars of iron. 19He is the chief of the ways of God: he that made him can make his sword to approach unto him. 20Surely the mountains bring him forth food, where all the beasts of the field play. 21He lieth under the shady trees, in the covert of the reed, and fens. 22The shady trees cover him with their shadow; the willows of the brook compass him about. 23Behold, he drinketh up a river, and hasteth not: he trusteth that he can draw up Jordan into his mouth. 24He taketh it with his eyes: his nose pierceth through snares.

T-Rex 🦖 description…

Job 41: 1Canst thou draw out leviathan with an hook? or his tongue with a cord which thou lettest down? 2Canst thou put an hook into his nose? or bore his jaw through with a thorn? 3Will he make many supplications unto thee? will he speak soft words unto thee? 4Will he make a covenant with thee? wilt thou take him for a servant for ever? 5Wilt thou play with him as with a bird? or wilt thou bind him for thy maidens? 6Shall the companions make a banquet of him? shall they part him among the merchants? 7Canst thou fill his skin with barbed irons? or his head with fish spears? 8Lay thine hand upon him, remember the battle, do no more. 9Behold, the hope of him is in vain: shall not one be cast down even at the sight of him? 10None is so fierce that dare stir him up: who then is able to stand before me…?

Go catch Nessie. Proof positive. Sightings of the Cadborosaurus provide anecdotal evidence. Plus, they’re aquatic, so you can weasel out of the Noah’s ark thing.

Sounds like a pretty tiny Brontosaurus. Or some pretty big trees.

Google’s Gemini AI will lie.

I tried to argue with it, but soon realized I was arguing with a machine and turned it off. Haven’t used the lying Gemini machine since.

The problem is, it’s polluting all of Google’s search engine now.

The problem is, it’s polluting all of Google’s search engine now.

I don't know if the problem is as big as I think it is, but I think the AI systems comb through the garbage on the internet and come to some bogus conclusions (partly skewed by the AI programming which wants to lean to biased directions). Then the AI "conclusion" gets added to the garbage on the internet, so the next time an AI system combs through the garbage on the internet, the result will be even worse. Seems like our global "data store" is being corrupted at an exponential rate.

Grok has problems on vaccine efficacy also.

A 25-minute long video to say some AI can be tricked, fooled or otherwise is just faulty?

Duh. But these Harbinger's Daily folks in Canada do run a nice business, wholly "non-denominational."

Answers In Genesis is having, as the site says, a November sale for its products. See: Answers in Genesis store

They also solicit donations and happily collect your name and email, as do so many online sites these days. Another of their websites -- Answers TV --- does quite the same. And subscribing to this one is $39.99 / year.

But since the very shady Ken Ham is part of their blogging troop, I'd remain skeptical about them. It's a business. With lots of outreach to direct traffic to them.

Fool Grok? No big deal. The Turing and Searle tests already show this.

Besides, one doesn't need a 25 minute video to read:

What is the probability that man lived with dinosaurs?

GROK:

The probability that humans (modern Homo sapiens) lived alongside non-avian dinosaurs is effectively 0%, based on the fossil record, radiometric dating, and geological evidence. Here’s a clear breakdown:
1. Timeline Separation

Non-avian dinosaurs (e.g., Tyrannosaurus, Triceratops) went extinct at the end of the Cretaceous period via the Chicxulub asteroid impact.
Date: ~66 million years ago (Ma).
Evidence: Iridium-rich K-Pg boundary layer globally; mass extinction in fossil record (Alvarez et al., 1980; Schulte et al., 2010).

Modern humans (Homo sapiens) first appear in the fossil record during the Middle Paleolithic.
Date: ~300,000 years ago (earliest confirmed fossils in Morocco; Hublin et al., 2017).

Gap: ~65.7 million years with no overlap.

2. No Credible Evidence of Coexistence

Fossil record: No human remains or artifacts in Cretaceous strata; no dinosaur remains in Quaternary (human-era) deposits.
Alleged “proof” debunked:
Paluxy River “human-dino” tracks (Texas): Misidentified dinosaur tracks or erosional features (Kuban, 1989; Palaeontology journal).
Ica Stones (Peru): Modern forgeries with drilled grooves under microscopy (Carroll, 1980).
Ancient art (e.g., “dinosaur petroglyphs”): Pareidolia or stylized extinct megafauna (e.g., rhinos, elephants).

3. Avian Dinosaurs (Birds) Exception

Birds are theropod dinosaurs (clade Avialae).
Humans do live with avian dinosaurs (e.g., chickens, eagles).
But the question typically refers to non-avian dinosaurs (extinct giant reptiles), not birds.

Conclusion

Non-avian dinosaurs: 0% probability of coexistence with humans.
Avian dinosaurs (birds): 100%—we live with them today.

Kudos. And YouTube long-form videos are the narcotics.

Criticism of current AI to me is much like criticism of the Wright brothers flyer.
Yeah, it’s flawed, impractical and little more than a toy.

But, for better or worse it’s the harbinger of things to come.

A tale of technological evolution that has been told over and over again.
Yet, there are always those who refuse to accept the historical truth of technological advances.

It means nothing.

Artificial intelligence means it can mimic human behavior. No more than that.

AI is a computer program. Computer programs are written by people. AI programs are very complicated because they are too big to be written by a few people. They need hundreds of people, and they all don’t talk to each other. Most of them are from India. There are a few Americans involved. Then, AI has to digest a huge amount of information. Not all of the information is true or factual. AI can’t tell the difference.

AI being unable to reconcile bits of contradictory information is not a proof for or against God. Any time that you spend trying to make AI provide an opinion is not well spent. It isn’t as if AI is like the computer on Star Trek or the robot on Lost in Space. It doesn’t have a personality or ego and when it says “I” it doesn’t mean it has a consciousness. AI is not even as conscious as a dog.
