I had heard of Fuentes—but his “numbers” have skyrocketed in the past couple of months by most measurements I have seen.
It’s like our version of “Sistah Souljah”, that worked for Clinton. But will Trump or Vance do it?
Both interviews were of the kid glove variety with Tucker not challenging the interviewees on their more outrageous beliefs.
Agree. Tucker 1.0 would never have sat there mute with that stupid look on his face during these nutjob “interviews”. There is something fundamentally wrong in our “influencer” hot take culture these days. It’s classical leftist check your brain at the door and eat the party line pablum. Conservatives were always better than that. No more, apparently.
The jews are not your friends, they consider you(christians) to be sub-human, no better than cattle. They say that Jesus is in Hell, boiling in excrement.
Don’t think I’ll throw Tucker to the dogs, just yet.
He is Jewish. I looked him up. Took about five seconds.
That "big tent" that Charlie was trying to build did not include Fuentes and his ilk. He actually excluded Fuentes and his supporters from his events.
There is a Grand Canyon-wide gulf between what Charlie Kirk represented, and what Nick Fuentes is. Republicans should hammer than difference and make sure it is clearly understood by everyone.
“What does the Bibi government have to do with praising Hitler or anything done by Hitler?”
The only reference I have ever heard Tucker make about Hitler was that he was evil. That is hardly praise.
Fuentes has been popular/well-known online with teenagers and young “adults” for a while. He’s an edgy contrarian who fits the teenage male mindset. It’s politics as entertainment in the age of smart phones, youtube and social media.

Young skulls full of mush, made even mushier.
Okays. I sever ties with Tucker Carlson!
Charlie was trying to close that gulf.
You may not know the more recent history—but Charlie was getting cut off by big Jewish donors because of his recent “moderation” of his pro Israel views.
A large chunk of Charlie’s troops were Fuentes supporters and sympathizers—and Charlie was trying to work with that reality.
But, but, that is criticizing Jews and you can’t criticize Jews even when they are obviously wrong. That is anti-Semitism. Just ask Mark Levin.
Just look at how differently Tucker treated the openly anti-semitic and racist Fuentes and Cooper, versus how he treated Ted Cruz less than 5 months ago.
Tucker still is perfectly willing to question aggressively those with whom he actually disagrees. So if he's not questioning someone aggressively, its because he doesn't actually disagree with them.
True, all historians are “armchair admirals” and “Monday morning quarterbacks,” but if you start out by believing that all the other historians are communists you are on your way to becoming a cultist or a crank.
He put on a guest who is a Hitler fan. That’s what this is all about. Do you deny that part?
That's just a flat-out lie. Kirk despised what Fuentes stood for. It got to the point where he literally refused to even speak his name, and that was shortly before his assassination.
It's a smear on a dead man to imply that Charlie Kirk had any tolerance for Nick Fuentes.
No, it isn't. That's the red herring you people use to distract from everything else he has said and done. Rand Paul is all in favor of cutting off all aid to Israel, and being less involved in the ME. But you don't see anywhere near the controversy around those views that we're seeing around the views of Tucker/Fuentes/Cooper.
There clearly is something else going on with Tucker other than a garden-variety "we shouldn't send money to Israel" argument.
