This info just seems to be leaking out. The Jan 6 Bomber has been tentitively identified as a female Cap Police officer, who left the force six months later and joined a Federal agency. Discovered this on Twitter last night.

It might be enough to get her fired at FBI, where she likely went. Administrative decisions like that don't need to follow the same rules of evidence as in a court case.

Gait analysis has been used as evidence in other cases. Standalone might not fly in this case but if it’s used as supporting evidence it can be very convincing.
