Glenn Beck had this story earlier in the week.
Supposedly she was identified thru "gait analysis", which won't mean jack in court. She's laughing all the way to the bank.

It might be enough to get her fired at FBI, where she likely went. Administrative decisions like that don't need to follow the same rules of evidence as in a court case.

>>>identified thru “gait analysis”…
Much over time has been written about observations of gait…

One hip at a time”

Gait analysis has been used as evidence in other cases. Standalone might not fly in this case but if it’s used as supporting evidence it can be very convincing.

I read she was also at the Capitol wire protesters. There is likely video of her there and comparisons can be made.

“which won’t mean jack in court. She’s laughing all the way to the bank.”
“How gait analysis is used in court
Identification: Experts analyze video footage to identify a person’s unique walking style, even when other identifying features are disguised.
Evidence: It can be used to link a suspect to a specific action or to connect a series of crimes.
Expert testimony: A forensic expert provides their analysis and opinions in court, which can help the court evaluate the evidence.
Exclusion: A person’s gait can be used to reasonably exclude them as a suspect, which can be less demanding than making a positive identification. “
