MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — A man suspected of stealing packages from Mobile and Mississippi porches has been arrested, according to the Mobile County Sheriff’s Office.
According to an MCSO news release, deputies saw a black Ford Escape driving at a high rate of speed around 1 a.m. Friday near Boe Road extension and Spanish Trail.
When they stopped the driver, identified as Todd Anthony Bond, they reportedly found several packages in the car that matched the description of packages recently taken from someone else’s property.
Bond, a 46-year-old Jackson, Mississippi, resident, was arrested and charged with first-degree theft of property.
