Maybe not. There is a case at Scotus to decide on the lawfulness of Trump's tariffs. The Senate committee vote may provide support for an argument about the intent of Congress regarding any tariff authority which has been delegated to the Executive.

That is true. The Pubbies who voted for this are really jousting at windmills. They are the last vestiges of the old, totally corrupt, swamp.

They are so insulated from reality and so totally stupid they don't know this type of tantrum will make them laughing stocks in the future history books.
