The NJEA Consortium program is part of an initiative to boost diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a focus on minority communities in K-12 classrooms across New Jersey.

Why target minority communities? Seems a little racist to me and - have they bothered getting the opinion of said communities?

Drag is to real women as Blackface is to Blacks…a tasteless parody of stereotype. Too bad so many women who seem drawn to this as entertainment fail to recognize this.
