40 years ago, I remember there being 5 well-known and universally-recognized “HCBUs”
I just checked the interwebs, which reports there are now 107 “recognized HCBUs”
Sounds like grade inflation.

It's only about 30-35 miles west of Philly, but it's all country and small towns out there.

You can take the thugs out of the ‘hood, but apparently you can’t take the ‘hood out of the thugs.
I live in the area and the people living nearby have been concerned for quite a while about this Homecoming event every year. The school apparently does not have enough room for all the people that come and cars are parked and double parked everywhere. It was so bad that the fire department had to call in ATV and UTV until to evacuate victims to where they could get ambulances nearby.
Also, this was a tailgating event where the game was at 1:00 and still going at 9:30 when the shooting broke out. That is not a controlled event.
Also just read that multiple convenience stores were looted in the area after the shooting but no media reports just Facebook and one tiktok video but can’t confirm it was from last night.
