“‘This is Ireland, this is our country, get them out, get them f***ing out,’ roared a woman through a loudhailer.” So opens Conor Lally’s October 22 article in Ireland’s establishment newspaper, The Irish Times. His subject, a rowdy anti-immigration protest in Dublin County. Not until the 19th paragraph does Lally mention what triggered the protest, namely the arraignment of “an African man” for “the sexual assault on Monday of a 10-year-old Irish girl.”
The first 18 paragraphs were dedicated to the “thuggery” of the protestors and fawning praise for the “well-drilled lines of gardaí.” The gardai—the Irish word for police—“quickly asserted their dominance … after about 90 minutes of madness.”
The Times has no such affection for ICE agents in United States. A Times article on the Los Angeles protests leads with the photo below and the caption, “Bystanders and legal observers come to the aid of David McDaniel, who said he was injured by a flash-bang grenade thrown by federal agents during an immigration raid in Los Angeles on Friday.” The Irish Times gives no such grace to the “xenophobic and racist” Irish protestors.

Sexual assaults on 10-year-olds have a way of inspiring xenophobia. So does unchecked mass immigration. As of 2023, 22 percent of the Irish population was foreign born. For the last four years, more than 100,000 immigrants have arrived each year in a country of only 5 million people. More problematic, most of the new arrivals come from non-European countries.
The Irish ruling classes choose not to see the problem. In Ireland the three major political parties and the media think as one. So infected are they all by the woke mind virus that they have transformed a traditional, ethnically homogenous Christian country into an unsustainable multicultural mess in a single generation. To protest this haphazard transformation is to invite only contempt.
Writes Lally of Wednesday’s protest, “There was no doubting this was a large-scale violent incident, the likes of which we are still unused to in the Republic, despite the ugly excesses of recent years.” The Times would never use a word like “ugly” to describe an anti-ICE or George Floyd riot in the United States no matter how ugly it got.
Ireland’s all but unchecked immigration has its consequences. Google AI, which usually reflects media spin, concedes that “in the year ending Q1 2025, Ireland saw significant increases in recorded crime, particularly in Theft & Related Offences (up 46%) and Robbery, Extortion & Hijacking (up 24%). Other trends include a 29% rise in Attempts/Threats to Murder, Assaults, Harassments & Related offences between 2020 and 2024.”

Dublin, sort of like Los Angeles but with crappy weather
A story that broke the same day as the Dublin County protest speaks to the willful self-destruction of Irish culture. Five members of a “Roma” family were jailed in Dublin for their role in covering up the wanton 2022 murder of Ashling Murphy, a 23-year-old schoolteacher. The killer, a stranger to Murphy, was family member Jozef Puška, a 2013 arrival. “Roma” is the PC euphemism for “Gypsy.”
The female judge went easy on the women charged “after considering psychological reports regarding the roles of women in Roma society.” According to the report, women in Roma society are considered “subordinate and subservient to men” and thus, from the judge’s perspective, more worthy of leniency than would be given to Irish women. Everyday Irish people notice these discrepancies.
Although Murphy’s was the once rare murder by a stranger, let alone by an alien, The Irish Times spun the story as another example of the generic, woke-sanctioned war on women. “The murder of Ashling Murphy changed Ireland, but violence against women is relentless,” read the headline of one typical column.

Ashling Murphy and her killer
“These acts of violence visited upon women kept happening, before and after,” wrote columnist Una Mullaly. “They happened in Balinteer, the killing of Seema Banu and her two children, Asifra Riza and Faizan Syed in 2020.” The Times lengthy article on the murderer of Banu, husband Sameer Syed, makes no mention of Syed’s immigration status or point of origin. My guess is that he was not a member of the local Hibernian chapter.
This mindless immigration has necessarily put undue stress on housing, education, health care, and a wide range of social services, but the deeper stress is on the culture itself. Unlike the United States, which has always had a central organizing principle, Ireland has none. Up to the end of the twentieth century, the Irish looked to the Catholic Church for guidance and to Irish history and language for inspiration.
The forced collapse of the Church has left the country morally bankrupt. More than 40 percent of Irish babies are now born out of wedlock, a doubling in just forty years. Abortion, which was illegal until 2019, now claims 10,000 lives a year. As to culture, the new arrivals who can barely speak English have zero interest in learning Irish, the language or the history.
Ireland has an advantage over the UK and France in that its immigrants are more diverse, less unified, less likely to take over the country. Ireland’s disadvantage is the weakness of its cultural core. There is increasingly little to rally around.
Bottom line: stay far away from Dublin, head to the west and southwest, and enjoy Ireland before it becomes just another crappy little European country.
It seems like the leftist/globalists all worked together to destroy their countries at the same time.
Looks like the elected Irish leaders will accomplish what famine and British rule in the 1800s could could not.
Irish need to remember what they were willing to do during their war of independence 100+ years ago.
Colonizers will always control, bully, and social-engineer small nations - and the UK and EU are doing it to Ireland again. The sad thing is - few realize it, although some are waking up.
The Irish have a history of being so fierce over literally centuries in getting the English to leave and opposing the English colonizing Ireland. But now that its Muslims - eh, who cares? Let them all in and let them change our culture.
The UK was much different.
Remember, you (and the Irish) are NOT being replaced.
They lay down with dogs for decades - allied with the worst people on Earth - and the fleas should not surprise anyone.

The Irish women overwhelmingly voted to put in a extreme leftist globalist because he promised to let them kill their babies. He has been a wrecking
Ball. He threw the borders open, LBGT the works. Ireland was on the brink and he pushed her over the cliff.
I don’t know but the old IRA friendship with the PLO and other “Poor unfortunates” like PALEOstinian terrorists in the 1970’s led to this tidal wave of asylum seekers who wish to erase your culture, religion and way of life.
Imagine, the year is 2032 and due to Sharia Law, all pubs have been closed for a year. Only Halal meat is available and ham went out the door in 2030.
Irish folk, wake up and smell the Turkish coffee boiling under your bums. Retake your culture and heritage before you all submit to Islam.
Ireland has democrats too and it’s showing.
I don’t think many foreigners are happy with Americans. IMHO, they never were. It’s the Ugly American thing. I saw a thing on the news a couple of months ago, claiming that Italy and Spain don’t want Americans around. Showed people protesting to the government to send the Americans home. After the crap we’re seeing on the boob tube the past 11 months, I don’t blame them. I wouldn’t want the lunatic ahos around either. Rosie is mooching free booze at the pubs looking for sympathy by claiming she hates “Trump”. I imagine they find her pretty obnoxious.
And they will tell you that White Genocide is a racist conspiracy theory
It was nice while it lasted. Aren’t the remaining Irish stock (male and female) embarrassed by their weakness?
— some globalist elite assclown...
“If You Hope to Visit Ireland, Go Soon - Ruling Class Hell Bent on Ethnically Cleansing Native Irish”
It may already be too late. I hate what I see going on in Ireland and the rest of Europe as elected leaders do everything they can to replace their native peoples. It appears a resistance among the people is starting to emerge but have they awakened enough to start electing candidates who will turn the invasion spigot off?
Sad but true.
The best ,toughest Irish and Europeans came to America.
We thoroughly enjoyed a drive through Ireland in 2022. However, our last night in Dundalk was not nice, because the local population was predominantly non-Irish.
