Gayle King has taken plenty of selfies in her lifetime, but her latest one has drawn some strong responses from both sides of the political spectrum.
On Monday (Oct. 20), the CBS News host shared a photo with controversial Fox News host Jesse Watters on her Instagram account.
“Two TV people from competing networks walk on to a plane and to the surprise of them both, they’re seated right next to each other for over four hours,” King captioned the post. “How did it go? Speaking for @jessewatters here: A good time was had by all! Hi, Jesse…saving your number!”
Almost immediately, fans reacted on Twitter and in King’s Instagram comments, with responses ranging from “I love and respect you, Gayle, your seat mate is harming our country” from Amy Dubois Barnett to “It was so fun to sit next to my new friend who promotes misogyny and racism for a living.”
Other people on Twitter saw the photo and offered a different take on the flight.
“It’s amazing how they could mange [sic] to sit together being from opposing networks!” one user wrote.
Another person added, “Who would have thought a touch grass moment would happen thousands of feet in the air.”

The negative comments came from the population that is well indoctrinated in hate from the media.
You all know this, I’m sure, but liberals “feel you out” by interrogation.
In my case it was someone from another office (quite a few years ago) in for training:
Liberal woman: “What did you think of Bill Maher’s show last night. Isn’t he funny?!”
Me: “I don’t waste my time listening to that a**hole with arms.”
She covered her mouth, about face. Left me alone.
An aunt did the same: Isn’t Peter Jennings wonderful? (No)
being called racist by people who follow the party of slavery and racism means nothing.
Correction: Brian Williams. It’s hard to tell the species apart
Ramp up the “No Gayle Kings” protests.
Shocking to see how the derogatory comments were grammatically incorrect.

Maybe this will give her a dose of reality, that “her side” has no interest in being pleasant.
These leftist idiots have lost their control over the United States. They have no power to tell people what to do.
Although Donald Trump is taking most of the flak right now, make no mistake--ANY Republican in his place would be getting slammed by the Left; any policy, any budget priority, any action would be painted as racist, misogynist, x-phobic, or worse.
The Left outdoes themselves with each new Republican leader; they have few other places to go.
No Kings!
Whatever happened to Democrats like Joe Lieberman? He was liberal. But at the same time he was reasonable.
