Well, this tells me people of color are not suited to military service, especially leadership, because it requires rapid decision making under stress.

executive director of the Midwest Independent Booksellers Association.
Sounds like a fake non-profit organization.
I wonder how much AI-generated gobbledygook could be used to set up an imaginary non-profit and get NGO-funds for pushing this nonsense? Works for quite a number... Cross-referencing Tides and Ford Foundation grant recipient press releases - should be reasonably easy to pull off.

Working hard, communicating well with others, work at learning complex things like math, making decisions .... all derided as "white supremacy'.
Let's play along in their 'everything I don't care about or am not good at is white supremacy' game. I mean, which of these are actually bad? Are we better off in a world where everybody rejects hard work, can't communicate, can't do basic math and won't make decisions?
It you're that guy, then the answer is yes because you'd rather burn civilization down rather than put in an ounce of effort. Until you run out of other people's money, that is.

An executive director that feels decisions with a sense of urgency is some sort of racial bias. With that mindset I’m glad she’s not a pilot. Or surgeon.
The casualty here is the competent and effective leader that wasn’t hired. He or She (there are only two choices) is wondering why they didn’t get the job but this clown did.

The communists who posited Critical race Theory came up with a neat trick defining white supremacy. All the character traits of successful white people were deemed a symptom of white supremacy. Blacks then were forgiven for the stereotypical behavior like being slow, late and lazy. Quite a trick.

Yes, agree. When I was in high school there were no black students in my advanced courses like chemistry, physics or calculus. And black student making good grades got shamed for “sucking to to whitey”. The people they should blame are not white people, it is their “culture”.

“Decision Making is White Supremacy” - "Decision making sometimes has a sense of urgency that is a part of white supremacy culture." These people simply would not survive if left to their own devices. In the interim, they do serious damage.
