Is wokeness dead? It’s dead under that name, but nah, there’s a whole generation of completely useless people who have been indoctrinated into it, the way a generation of Soviet bureaucrats were indoctrinated into Marxism-Leninism. They know their ‘anti-racist’ training and since they’re useless anyway, they can justify their uselessness by explaining that being useful is actually ‘white supremacy.’
Meet Grace Hagen: the new executive director of the Midwest Independent Booksellers Association.
You would think the first question in an interview would have something to do with keeping independent booksellers alive in the Midwest. But since that’s a lost cause anyway, they just cut to well… read.
Q: How does your work as an anti-racism trainer with social justice organizations inform your current position at MIBA?
A: Decision making sometimes has a sense of urgency that is a part of white supremacy culture. That urgency has us making decisions that aren’t always inclusive
Decision making is white supremacy. So is urgency. So is doing your job.
As a white woman (she/her) who is also a DEI trainer, engages in radical empathy building with an equity lens, Grace knows that everything is white supremacy. Like probably books. And trying to sell them. The only truly anti-racist thing to do is pay her a lot of money to not make decisions and talk about inclusiveness, inclusivity and incluselousness.
Just don’t make any decisions. Especially not urgent ones.
Well, this tells me people of color are not suited to military service, especially leadership, because it requires rapid decision making under stress.
Don't be racist - let DEI minority bureaucrats make your decisions for you
What could possibly go wrong?
WLW - killing their own any way they can.
Let's play along in their 'everything I don't care about or am not good at is white supremacy' game. I mean, which of these are actually bad? Are we better off in a world where everybody rejects hard work, can't communicate, can't do basic math and won't make decisions?
It you're that guy, then the answer is yes because you'd rather burn civilization down rather than put in an ounce of effort. Until you run out of other people's money, that is.
An executive director that feels decisions with a sense of urgency is some sort of racial bias. With that mindset I’m glad she’s not a pilot. Or surgeon.
The casualty here is the competent and effective leader that wasn’t hired. He or She (there are only two choices) is wondering why they didn’t get the job but this clown did.
THIS ^
As I keep saying, whites (some) are the biggest enemy of the white race!
Darn, she’s onto us!!!!
The communists who posited Critical race Theory came up with a neat trick defining white supremacy. All the character traits of successful white people were deemed a symptom of white supremacy. Blacks then were forgiven for the stereotypical behavior like being slow, late and lazy. Quite a trick.
Yes, agree. When I was in high school there were no black students in my advanced courses like chemistry, physics or calculus. And black student making good grades got shamed for “sucking to to whitey”. The people they should blame are not white people, it is their “culture”.
These people simply would not survive if left to their own devices. In the interim, they do serious damage.
OH NO!, They've discovered that we actually think about things. What shall we do now?
I just added to my boycott list.
Never buy a book from a Midwest independent book seller.
Lol.
