I wonder if he lied on any applications for the police academy, or any jobs? If I were an attorney, I would bring suit to dismiss any convictions. We locally had a deputy who was not a certified officer. All of his traffic tickets were dismissed, and so was the arrest of a 9 time drunk driver, who was driving on the sidewalk 2 blocks from a school at 3:15 P.M. This is a serious matter.

Here in IL, illegals can become officers per state law. The state and municipalities see nothing wrong with it.

RATS want to take away guns from law-abiding American citizens in this country, yet they hire a criminal who overstayed his visa for 10 years, give him a badge, a gun, and a decent salary and benefits. How many others are there like him on the force? They likely by-passed white men and women on a civil service exam to give this guy the job. If that’s happened, then the people who were discriminated against when they hired this guy, need to sue the city and state for big bucks.
