In Governor J.B. Pritzker's Illinois, Illegal Alien Is Working as a Sworn Police Office with Badge, Gun, and a Pension.
Hanover Park Police Department records confirm, Radule Bojovic was approved by the Pension Fund Board of Trustees in January 2025 and was eligible to receive a starting salary of $78,955.70. Additional records indicate his 2025 earnings cost taxpayers $205,707 including $9,276 for FICA/Medicare taxes.
Bojovic had a B2 TOURIST visa that was set to expire in March 2015. He decided he didn't want to go back home to Montenegro, so he just stayed in America and eventually got a job AS A COP.

I wonder if he lied on any applications for the police academy, or any jobs? If I were an attorney, I would bring suit to dismiss any convictions. We locally had a deputy who was not a certified officer. All of his traffic tickets were dismissed, and so was the arrest of a 9 time drunk driver, who was driving on the sidewalk 2 blocks from a school at 3:15 P.M. This is a serious matter.

Add in additional days for each day he was a badged officer; one day for each day he was breaking the law and one day for each day he failed to enforce the law as a cop.
His entire salary from the cop-shop was obtained by fraud, and is therefore stolen goods. Also, the cretins who hired him did so knowing that he was an illegal alien not eligible for work in the USA. That makes the whole business a criminal conspiracy. RICO could and should be invoked to charge the whole wretched lot.
Here in IL, illegals can become officers per state law. The state and municipalities see nothing wrong with it.
Nero Wolfe was from Montenegro too but I don’t think he was an illegal immigrant. Moot point since he is fictitious.
