And I have the BEST liqueur of them all. Curacao Blue liqueur. Made from distilling the extract of the pressed skins of Valencia oranges grown ONLY in Curacao. And I will be mixing some of it up for Curacao Blue Margaritas for my Thanksgiving dinner. Also the BEST Margaritas in the world.

Salmon Baked in Lemon Butter Cream
Ing Salmon 2 tbl fresh l/juice 1 tbl ol/ oil minced gar/cl 2 tbl Dijon 5 skinless salmon fillets, s/p.
Lemon Butter Garlic Sauce ¼ c unsalted butter 1 ½ tbl minced garlic cloves ½ c heavy cream, 1-2 tbl fresh lemon juice, 1 tbl minced parsley ½ tsp black pepper lemon slices. limoncello for serving
Cook Mode--combine well lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic clove and Dijon; pour over salmon fillets in skillet, and rub in. S/p. Bake 425 deg 10-15 min. Saice: melt ¼ cup unsalted butter on low-medium heat. Add 1 ½ tablespoons minced garlic cloves and sauté until fragrant, about 30 sec. Pour in ½ cup heavy cream; bring to boil to thicken a little.
Offheat stir in l/juice. Add garnish; s/p. Pour sauce over baked salmon; allow to rest 5-10 min. Garnish with lemon slices, drizzle of limoncello. Serve.
