Why is the tweet controversial?

Fake news with an agenda.
Look at the statement from the context of whole of the mans life. A good rule in general.

Slanderous title... and in (fake) quotes no less. He never said what’s quoted.
Despite that, the authors are not doing themselves any favors, as the vast majority Americans would agree; “we don’t need Indians.” False quote or not.
The actions and petulent attitude coming from the shitholians invited into America makes one advocate slamming the door on the MFers altogether.

Funny. I was hearing some Brits saying exactly the same thing about Pakistanis 40 years ago. They got shouted down for being racists and xenophobic, and the U.K. officially welcomed all the Third World immigrants they could get with open arms.
Look what good that did them.

Hey, give these big greedy companies a break. They can hire technical people from India at probably half of what they would have to pay American technical people. Of course the profit the CEOs and upper corporation officers reap from that will be passed on to Americans.

"Trump’s staunch supporter and Conservative US leader Charlie Kirk, who died on September 10 after being shot at an event in Utah was assassinated in cold blood by a leftist goon, just days before his death said that America does not need more visas for Indians." Gotta' love how people downplay the cold-blooded assassination of Charlie Kirk by using euphemisms...

It’s true; we don’t. Think, for example, of the toxic Indians currently lurking in Congress.

I agree with CK, we don’t need foreign workers until all Americans who want jobs have jobs.
