We should not conduct ourselves, with clear heads and minds, to the same level that our enemies conduct themselves. We must give a fair trial, representation, and Brady evidence to the accused. Everyone should ask themselves:
1. Do you want Justice like Trump suffered in NYC werein he was denied venue change? When he wasn’t allowed real estate and bank experts to testify? When the jury was not given proper instructions? Is that what you want for your Republic?
2. Is the shooter a risk to the court? If he is a risk, then chain him. If he is not a risk for flight or action, let him sit with his lawyers and don’t give him a mistrial or the Fascists/communists that contaminated him talking points.
3. Is it about Justice or revenge? I want Justice.
4. Like Ted Bundy, and others, if they believe how they are dressed gives them a fair trial, then let them dress.
Give him a fair trial, let there be Justice. If he is executed, make it Public for all of the fascists/communists to watch.

He hasn’t even made a plea yet... Oct 30th is a preliminary hearing... Since there is no grand jury, the Judge presumably will make the determination if there is enough evidence to go to trial... I wonder if he will have the opportunity to make a plea at that point. He has been arrested charged and held and the judge hasn’t even asked him for a plea yet. Does that seem right to anyone? I think the kid was a patsy and was set up for this... it just stinks. Certainly Charlie wasn’t hit by a 30-06...

As far as I know from experience, only the Judge can order restraints removed in the court room.
