I was under the impression that the winner of the prize, María Corina Machado, was at least a good gal who was pushing for conservative, free-market principles. And was forced off the ballot by the socialist, tyrannical regime. At least, that's how I understand it.
If I have it right, though the Nobelers snubbed Trump, at least they gave it to someone who's on the good side of things and not really an anti-globalist like I feared would be the norm.
