Respondents to the NBC News Decision Desk Poll reported weak approval across a range of signature issues, including tariffs, and mass deportations, while expressing overwhelming support for vaccines—a sharp contrast to the turmoil inside the administration over vaccine policy.

The last sentence of your comment is something I can agree with. As a kid SF was sinking into the sewer with the class of people you mentioned. My recollection is this infection came from NYC.
Then this east coast disease spread from Kalifornia on north all the way to British Columbia with the most militant of this scum in Portland.
With Compton as a reference, almost anything is “not bad”.
My Dad referred to California as “the land of nuts and fruits, where even the weather is queer” in the 1970s ... and probably earlier.
And “yes”, I know this goes back to the days when California reliably voted Republican and Texas reliably voted democRAT.

For ND, obama care did the trick. We had two blue dog democrats in the Senate. After being forced to sign up to that they never ran for another term. Ever since we’ve had solid Republicans.
Our last rat in office was Heidi Heitkamp, a solid communist.
