ICE agents will be patrolling San Francisco during the Super Bowl in February, whether halftime performer Bad Bunny likes it or not.
Trump advisor Corey Lewandowski confirmed that the agents will have a presence at America's biggest event after the 31-year-old pop star snubbed the US during his tour over fears ICE would target fans outside his shows.
'It’s so shameful they picked someone who seems to hate America,' Lewandowski said.
'There is nowhere you can provide safe haven to people who are in this country illegally. Not the Super Bowl and no where else. We will find and deport you. That is a very real situation.'
Bad Bunny addressed his decision to make a sole mainland US appearance just moments before the NFL revealed he was playing the Super Bowl.
'I've been thinking about it these days, and after discussing it with my team, I think I'll do just one date in the United States,' the musician tweeted in Spanish.
MAGA world erupted after the Puerto Rican artist was named for the highly-coveted gig.
Conservative podcaster Benny Johnson called Bad Bunny a 'massive Trump hater' and 'anti-ICE activist,' and criticized him for not singing in English.
Bad Bunny - real name Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio - spoke to Variety about the reason he didn't schedule any mainland US tour dates.
He cited the lengthy residency in Puerto Rico - a US territory - and the Trump Administration's increasing use of ICE agents as reasons why he wouldn't perform.

The Super Bowl is not telecast on cable where anything goes.
The Timblerlake-Janet Jackson halftime was not on delay and there were fines assessed for her exposing her breast.
After that networks started using delays, but I’m not sure if they have been used in recent Super Bowl halftime shows.
I believe Carr could force the network to broadcast with a delay to make sure that he doesn’t doesn’t violate the decency standards of the FCC.

I encourage ICE to patrol San Francisco during Super Bowl or any other time. But if they want to patrol the Super Bowl, they have to go to Santa Clara where the game is going to be played.

Posobiec said that Turning Point should have a massive event concurrent with this halftime show. I guess it would have to be streaming or something because those at the stadium would be captive for the Bunny guy.
