I don't know what to say. We have always had "baby farms" but not like this.

The Americans need to be found and charged with Human Trafficking (Sp?).
No excuses.
No way, no how, should *any* child be left with *any* American who has a baby sold to them via this route.
I would encourage Accessory to Murder, though that would be this side of impossible to get a conviction under American standards.
Human Trafficking, however, they should be going to prison for....
“What about the baby?”
Put it up for adoption if the father of the child or family of the dead mother cannot be located.
There should be **no** quarter given on this issue.
