A deputy noticed Ms. Mitchell driving a Jeep with illegally tinted windows. Well, he didn’t see Ms. Mitchell actually, because the windows were that dark.

With windows that dark you probably can’t even see her ducks in a row on her dashboard, if she had any at all. What’s the point of driving a Jeep if people can’t see your ducks?

A traffic stop was con-duck-ted on the Jeep on Ronald Reagan Parkway at Tortuga Drive in Davenport.

Then the deputy learned something about Ms. Mitchell…she was driving on a license that had been suspended three years ago. That’s like thirty in duck years.

In the immortal words of TV pitchman Billy Mays, “But wait, there’s more!”

The deputy also discovered that Ms. Mitchell was “Ducking Grady” (as local rapper Stephon would say). Ms. Mitchell had a warrant for: Fraud, Use of ID without Consent (Victim 60 Years or Older), and Theft from a Person over 65. She's accused of taking advantage of an elderly woman in her care, by using the victim's credit card to pay for dining and shopping for herself (over $5,000).

Ms. Mitchell was arrested on the warrant, and taken to Grady Judd’s Bed & Breakfast, where she was put up in one of the Felony Suites. She was additionally charged with Driving While License Suspended/Revoked (DWLSR), and cited for her awfully unlawful tinted windows (the tint was only 3% for those who might be wondering).

for example, if you’re driving across state lines with 500 pounds of illegal drugs in your trunk, don’t speed, make sure all your lights function, proper registration, insurance, license ... [Professional “cleaner” Winston Wolf knew all of that in “Pulp Fiction”]

I love that guy. I loved how he once said something like “we shot him until we ran out of bullets”. I wonder if he’d want to come up here and settle in Massachusetts!
