They are trading a peaceful, industrious and law abiding people for just the opposite. How stupid can a country's leadership be? Look at Zimbawe. Look at what's happening to South Africa. Australia, UK and Canada (way too close for me!) will soon be ululating Hallelujah Snackbar. I believe their tourism will be blown to smithereens, and their economies will have to redirect themselves to keeping the peace within their own borders.

I spent several weeks in Australia in the late 90's when they still had both guns and balls.

Today, they have neither.

My wife and I had a fantastic time but I'd never go back under today's conditions.
