Ah! So Booker is trying to stir up doubts about the Jeffrey Epstein case. Good night! The FBI has released 30,000 pages of document already. Was the Mar-a-lago revelations where court documents and victim testimony by Virginia Giuffre that alleged that she was recruited by Epstein’s associate, Ghislaine Maxwell, while working as a spa attendant at Mar-a-Lago in 2000 the center of Booker’s efforts?. At the time, Giuffre was 16 years old. Is Booker trying to make the case that Trump was involved with Giuffre?

The only person who can release grand jury testimony to the public is the witness himself.

I’m somewhat confused about this Epstein file debate. I’m pretty sure there is NOTHING incriminating for Trump since the Dems had control of those file for the 4 years of the Biden mis-administration. I would not think for a moment that if there was any there THERE they would have made that public while they were in office. More likely there is evidence about others probably on both sides of the aisle and likely big donors who they can’t risk exposing.

Unfortunately, can’t charge him for something he said in a formal committee hearing - same as if said on the floor.

I loved that

” Did you all just catch that !!”

look kash gave the panel

when Spartacus implicated himself of a felony

?

The

” gotcha now creep”

look ?

” How did you know “

Then the look of fear as booker realized his confession of a crime as he tried to normalize his crime by repeating the leaked statement once again ?

Priceless.

That needs to change. Seems to me, that they are above the law.

With Corey Booker, it is hard to distinguish between his bald head and his baby butt cheeks. And it seems to make little difference which one is making the noise.

Booker never knows where he is. There are always adults around and he never can understand what they are talking about. It’s just a constant buzzing noise to little Cory.

They aren’t going to charge him for anything he said ,on the floor or in the John or anywhere else

They can charge him cuz he had illegal possession of the knowledge of testimony kash gave .

Someone committed a felony and booger is aware of that crime and complicit .

Booger knew it was leaked info.

And he took possession of that knowledge.

He’s party to the crime

I hope they hang him , figuratively, with it.

I did not know that. So, if I am called to testify in any way, I am allowed to release to the public only what I myself testified to?

I have this feeling that the Epstein files have many democrats in it. I think Trump is letting the Dems push for release in a a frenzied way cuz they think they’re gonna be able to incriminate Trump....but many of the Dems names are gonna be there , instead of Trumps...with impeccable receipts. I wouldn’t be surprised if Bookers name is there, same as Goldman, Swalwell, Pritzker, and Walz, Kamala’s hubby, Clinton, Obama...they are all making the most noise...

It is the same reason that the Left tried to bait Whittaker Chambers back in the Forties to make his claim about Alger Hiss (that he was a Communist spy) outside the Congressional hearings, in a public forum so he could be charged for defamation.

Chambers actually did just that on “Meet The Press” where he said in a on that radio show that: “Hiss was a communist and may be one now”.

When libel charges were filed against Chambers by Hiss, Chambers produced the “Pumpkin Papers” and gave them to Richard Nixon. These documents led to the perjury charges against Hiss, which he was convicted of.

One of the interesting parts of this chapter of the Left stepping on their own dicks was when Hiss was confronted during the perjury trial with a document (from the “Pumpkin Papers”) that was typed up on Alger Hiss’s own typewriter, Hiss said (I have to paraphrase because I don’t have my copy of “Witness” in front of me): “I will never understand how Chambers got into my house to use my typewriter.”

It was such a ridiculous statement by Hiss that the entire courtroom erupted in derisive laughter, and his fate was sealed.

Like what? Charlie Kirk’s assassination is being handled. Investigations are delegated. Kash does NOT have to be there and is doing his job.

This is important, too.

Such a disclosure could be used as evidence in an investigation into the leak, provided it does not itself violate the protections of Rule 6(e) - Grand Jury Secrecy. USCS Fed Rules Crim Proc R 6, In re Sealed Case No. 99-3091 (Office of Indep. Counsel Contempt Proceeding), 192 F.3d 995.

Courts have held that the Speech and Debate Clause does not shield members from investigations or prosecutions for criminal conduct, even if related to legislative activities, provided the evidence used does not rely on protected legislative acts. In re Grand Jury Investigation into Possible Violations of Title 18, etc., 587 F.2d 589, United States v. McDade, 28 F.3d 283.
