Hilltop Groceries & Spirits - 1:10 AM. The headline talks about a grocery store in Iowa, but I'm going to guess that the people involved were in the Sprits section of the building at the time of the incident.
And no addresses shown, just names, so it's possible these people were from the Illinois portion of the Quad Cities. They act like Pritzker voters.

We have outlying communities in the D/FW area that have resisted allowing public transportation from the urban centers for just this reason. Whenever you get a bus line to an area, that is the death knell for that area as far as peace and safety. It goes down VERY quickly.
