The text needs a "time" frame. It was several hours until the texting began. Patel announced the release of the old fart at about 6:30 PM.

We do NOT know where "love aka he-she" was during this texting. Implies that he was in the apartment because Tyler says to look under his keyboard...

But where was "he-she" between the kill shot and the texting.

I'd like to see a picture of the keyboard. I bet there's a drawer below...

So why wait 5 or 6 hours to text "he-she". Makes no sense.
