September 12, 2025 – WWE®, part of TKO Group Holdings (NYSE: TKO), in partnership with The General Entertainment Authority (GEA), on behalf of HE Turki Alalshikh, today announced that Riyadh Season will host WrestleMania LIII in 2027 in Riyadh, marking the first time that the cultural phenomenon will be staged outside of North America.

In a statement, His Excellence Turki Alalshikh said: “WrestleMania is already the biggest date on the wrestling calendar and this announcement marks a significant moment in our partnership with WWE. We deeply respect the legacy of WrestleMania and the global prestige it holds among wrestling fans around the world. As part of Riyadh Season in 2027, our vision is to elevate this iconic event to unprecedented heights and deliver a WrestleMania unlike anything the world has ever seen.”

“His Excellence Turki Alalshikh and GEA have made a massive impact on the world of sports and entertainment. They have been phenomenal partners to WWE and we look forward to working with them to bring WrestleMania 43 to new heights,” said Paul “Triple H” Levesque, WWE Chief Content Officer.

The announcement of WrestleMania LIII coming to Riyadh in 2027 highlights the groundbreaking partnership between WWE and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Since beginning in 2018, this collaboration has delivered record-breaking events including Crown Jewel®, Elimination Chamber®, King & Queen of the Ring®, Night of Champions®, Friday Night SmackDown® and Monday Night Raw®. The Royal Rumble® XXXIX will be held in Riyadh this January, broadcast live on ESPN platforms in the U.S. and Netflix globally.

WrestleMania is a week-long celebration comprising fan events, Friday Night SmackDown, Monday Night Raw, NXT and multiple community outreach initiatives designed to give back to the local region. Fans from more than 60 countries attend WrestleMania, which has generated more than $1.5 billion in cumulative economic impact for the cities that have hosted the event over the last decade.

The announcement follows a historic WrestleMania LI this past April in Las Vegas, which became the most successful and highest-grossing event in WWE history.

Thank you very much and God bless you.

WWE betrayed New Orleans by moving WrestleMania XLII to Vegas after it had previously been agreed. Now the next one's headed to Riyadh.

Saudi Arabia will now be the home of WWE and UFC's major events. The power of the riyal in boxing, wrestling, and others is replacing the United States dollar.

Soccer as well. Cristiano plays in the Saudi League, to mostly empty stadiums.

The article writer does not quite have the grasp of using Roman numerals. XLIII will be 2027, not LIII

Did you change WrestleMania 43 in the original, or was it changed from Roman numerals after being posted here.

Headline at source now reads:
RIYADH SEASON TO MAKE HISTORY BY HOSTING WRESTLEMANIA® 43 IN 2027

Just look at how joyful and enthusiastic the talent are as Paul "Triple H" Levesque makes the announcement while the terrorist-backing check-writer stands beside him.

WWErhiadWM

The audiences there hoot like gibbering savages and scream sexual taunts at all the female wrestlers, who have to work while wearing as much skin-covering as possible lest they ignite the Saudi urge to rape infidel women.

Add that there's no alcohol to be had anywhere after such grueling travel one can see why they dread it. Knowing that WWE is raking in massive extra profits without sharing it with those who do the actual work doesn't help, either.

All that matters is the cash. The major boxing matches are now in Riyadh. Add to that the fake wrestling and MMA. Riyadh is the Fight Capital of the World, and I noted in a letter to the editor in the local newspaper opposing a casino in the area that events in the casino are now going to China or Saudi Arabia.

The UFC stages fights in Arab countries because they have Muhammadan fighters on their payroll who can’t get a Visa to fight in the US (and/or are on the US’s “No-Fly” list) because they cavort with and make donations to Muhammadan terrorists.

Dana White portrays himself as highly patriotic but he has a very flexible sense of patriotism.

UFC and WWE are owned by ObamaCare architect Ezekiel Emanuel’s family.
