Don’t be a Ginsburg. Retire and spend some time with your family. I heard Ruthie always regretted sticking around until they had to come in and take her body out on a gurney.

RBG was a sham throughout. She never gave a damn about anything or anyone but RBG.

A more recently passed statute...trumps an older one. I’m thinking there must be a statute specifying 9 now. But if another statute comes along raising it to 15, that one prevails.

And there are moments when I want to scurry out of the room.

Somehow, I don't believe that scurrying is among her skill sets.

If you compare present day Justices VOTING Records I would say Sotamayor has done MORE DAMAGE because she has been on the Court Longer... therefore, in my opinion, the MOST DAMAGE is usually caused by the longest PREVAILING reigning "DUMB-A$$/DIM-BULB."

She’s lucky she can travel with her own personal medic. A regular person probably would have landed in the hospital by now.

The LA metro I saw was about 55% Hispanic, 15% white, 10% black and about 2% Asian Indian and about 8% East Asian.

East LA is nearly 100% Hispanic. Most people on LA streets are either Hispanic or black. The whites are generally either homeless or noisy and obviously American.

Amendment IV requires searches to be reasonable. Fruitlessly upsetting Hancock Park matrons is going to be both unproductive and unreasonable.

The explicit constitutional requirement of reasonableness must not be trampled upon for the sake of imagined rights.

RE:....try reading some of her positions.

True. Notice when they made a children’s picture book of What is the Supreme Court for 1st-3rd graders, the quotes from her didn’t have to be edited for that reading level.
(kidding)

That’s probably the high school student reading level now.
And the adults can vote.

Below a sixth-grade level: Over half of all U.S. adults (54%), approximately 130 million people, read below the equivalent of a sixth-grade level.
Functionally illiterate: About 45 million U.S. adults are functionally illiterate, meaning they read below a fifth-grade level.
Lowest proficiency level: In 2023, 28% of U.S. adults scored at the lowest literacy level, an increase of 9 percentage points since 2017.
National rank: The U.S. ranks 36th in the world for literacy, far behind other developed nations, which typically have adult literacy rates of 96% or higher.

Her health aside, People like Sotomayor don’t belong anywhere near any court as a judge. Especially not the Supreme court.

Have a doughnut with sprinkles on me, dear.

You would likely have better success offering her conchas and empanadas (which Taco Bell just brought back). I wish her a long and relaxing life spent with her neglected family, "far away from us". (Fiddler on the Roof reference)
