A Wingstop employee in Philadelphia's Overbrook neighborhood was shot following an argument with two customers over marijuana use inside the restaurant, police said.
The incident happened on Sept. 7 at the Wingstop at 7644 City Avenue, just after 5 p.m.
Surveillance video of the shooting, released by police on Wednesday, Sept. 10, shows one of the suspects rolling what appears to be a marijuana cigar, also known as a blunt. That's when the two men and the Wingstop employees got into a verbal altercation, according to police.
The video shows one of the men throwing what police said was a bottle at one of the employees and then pulling out a gun and firing a shot as the men ran out of the restaurant. The two men were seen fleeing the scene in a white sedan, possibly a late model Volvo S60.

In the movie Prince of Bel Air the Mark Harmon carefree guy wasn’t taken seriously by the Kirstie Alley woman who drove a white Volvo, which symbolized her down to earth, serious attitude toward responsibility.
