A very BRAVE Governor Whitmer-Appointed Judge just dismissed the case against all 15 Michigan Alternate GOP Electors
In a major gut-punch to Michigan’s Democrat activist Attorney General Dana Nessel, Governor Whitmer-appointed Judge Kristin Simmins has ignored party allegiance and decided to put an end to the lawfare against 15 innocent Republican electors from the 2020 election, who cast an alternate slate of electoral votes for President Trump in a state where the stunning election results were highly contested by many.

I think this judge used non-partisan common sense. I know, I know, Common sense isn’t common anymore. Yet, she did the right thing because they didn’t actually have a ‘fraud’ case. The appeal would have been ugly, and likely would have gone to the SCOTUS making the judge’s decision nationally humiliated if she went on the ‘activist’ path.
My question is, when an AG openly states that they want to get a ‘rigged jury’ to decide by political means a question of criminal content, what is the consequence? The AG of Michigan clearly doesn’t respect or understand the Constitution of the United States. Like those that have deprived dependents of Brady Materials, trying to prevent an impartial jury for a defendant is despicable for an AG.

if the APPOINTED electors cast their vote, the alternate electors are “in name only” or meaningless.
That’s because there is no such thing as a ‘fake elector’............
This attempt was real fascism. First cheat your ass off and if the victims try to do anything about put them in jail.
But she is putty in the hands,and possibly the closet, of our wonderful AG.
There must be consequences, now. Legal consequences against the perpetrators of lawfare.
Maybe she was inspired by Amy Coney Barrett’s recent comment about judges not wearing red robes or blue robes, but the black robes of justice.
The alternate electors can sue the State under 42 USC 1983 violation of civil rights for the biased actions of the politically-biased rat AG

Or at the least, they’ll find themself removed from Whitmer’s Christmas card list.
Doesn’t every state have electors for each candidate, depending on who wins? And if there is a dispute, courts or Congress decide.
All these people did was be available in case Congress or whoever declared Trump the winner.
…or she has 2 primary residencies and is avoiding further scrutiny. (Following a comment from gateway pundit but it is interesting speculation regardless)
