And they’ll go out and do the same things over; so will the care center place be held responsible?

They took a toddler from his parents because they suspected that they were involved with drugs. The contactor who picked up the child to take him to the foster care home was either drunk, drugged or something because he left the child in his car while he went to get lunch and then went off duty leaving the child to roast to death in the back seat.

While the driver is being charged with negligence no one is going after the CPS who hired that company.

And they’ll go out and do the same things over; so will the care center place be held responsible?

No.

I clicked on the link and there’s a mugshot of the mom.

She really has a IDGAF look on her face.

The agents of the government are never held responsible.

At best when they screw up massively ten years down the road someone might get some money. But no one will be fired, no one will go to jail, no policies will actually be changed.

In Arizona there was another case of a dad who lost custody of his kid because of reasons totally unrelated to his care of the child. The child was diabetic and, a few weeks after he was in government custody, he died. Was the dad father of the year? No, but kid in custody of his father, alive. In government custody, dead.

No one was punished for that one either.

Do I think CPS is totally useless? Not... totally. Just 98%.
