"A man was found dead in a “pool of blood” at the Burning Man festival Saturday night – just as a massive human-shaped wooden effigy was being torched..."

-

Gee, if I was a paranoid conspiracy theorist I'd say this looks like a pagan human sacrifice.......but that can't be.......can it? 🤔

Daisy Cutter the whole gathering.

Could well have been. That is, after all, the distinctive essence of the whole thing, isn’t it? Gather thousands of pagans, including a good number who practice witchcraft, dose a large portion of them with hallucinogens, and ya just never know what might go down...

First the pagan sacrifice of burning a statue of a man.

Then the human sacrifice of brutally murdering an actual man.

All part of a sick, demonic gathering for self indulgent leftists.

“A man was found dead in a “pool of blood” at the Burning Man festival Saturday night”

I suspect that this man didn’t understand the MEANING of Burning Man.

Given the mess at the BM last year, methinks it would be a good place to avoid this year. Clearly, that the case for at least one attendee.

That event is sounding like The Wicker Man.

My impression is that Burning Man has suffered severe brain drain and is a shell of its former self. It used to have a strong tech nerd presence that elevated it above the standard hippy-dipster love fest. Ten years or so ago there was some truly innovative and well designed techno-psychedelia happening there. Now it just looks lazy and dumb.

Then again, I’m just basing this on videos I’ve seen. Does anyone know anyone who’s attended these things and has an inside scoop on the state of Burning Man these days?

I'd say this looks like a pagan human sacrifice......🤔

That was my immediate thought.

George Costanza: One person? That’s no tragedy! How many people do you lose on a normal Burning Man? 30? 40?

The police and Nat Guard should fence off the area around the burning man fest while it’s going on, declare a “purge” situation (no laws for 24 hours) dump in a pile of guns and knives then sit back and enjoy the show.

It's interesting that the location is Black Rock City (LLC)..in the Black Rock Desert..

Like BlackRock, Inc.

BlackRock, Inc. is an American multinational investment company. Founded in 1988, initially as an enterprise risk management and fixed income institutional asset manager, BlackRock is the world's largest asset manager, with US$12.5 trillion in assets under management as of 2025.

🤔

Human Sacrifice?
At the fest’s high point?
Who would have thought?
