Guttmacher Institute research from the Monthly Abortion Provision Study shows that there were approximately 642,700 medication abortions in the United States in 2023, accounting for 63% of all abortions in the formal health care system. This is an increase from 2020, when medication abortions accounted for 53% of all abortions.
The two-drug combination of mifepristone and misoprostol is the most common medication abortion regimen offered by US providers, and decades of research have established that medication abortion using mifepristone is highly safe and effective...
The medication abortion counts for 2023 do not include self-managed medication abortions that take place outside of the formal health care system or abortion medication mailed to people in states with total abortion bans.

"medication abortion using mifepristone is highly safe" - except for the innocent victim - and effective for committing murder..
Meaning that, if something is growing inside of you as a result of a procreative act you (in 99% of cases) you chose to engage in, that contains uniquely human DNA, and rather rapidly increasingly is becoming visibly manifest to be a human being, then it is not a human being, and can be legally disposed of like a cancerous growth.
Or that it should not be considered to be a human person based upon location, and or functionality (the same applies to when they are old), so that only once they are outside the womb and can survive (for a few hours) there, can they be considered to be a human person with rights.
But it is against the Law to disturb the nest of a migratory bird or harm the eggs therein due to the value placed upon them, versus that of aborted humans.
Yes, if the life of the mother is indeed likely to occur then you can make a case for abortion, though investigation shows that the "heath of the mother" clause has been abused by physicians to sanction abortions based on abroad definitions of what "health" can mean.
And yet (according to Guttmacher itself), in 96% of cases abortion is chosen essentially due to convenience. Meaning being unwilling to make the sacrifices that birthing and raising a child entails, in contrast to our typical parents.
Adoption should not be made so hard and costly, while excluding abusers (not necessarily judicious use of spanking, as my honest dad rarely resorted to).
"My body, my right:" So you pick up your BF, but due to a sudden change of circumstances, tonight he has to bring along his much younger little brother who needs care , a risk you knew of beforehand.
But you - or both of you - quickly begin to resent this intrusion and its implications , and therefore, under the principle of "my vehicle, my right," you dispose of this unwanted piece of protoplasm so that it does not require any sacrifice in your pursuit of pleasure and personal fulfillment, without . taking responsibility for certain actions, unless forced to, as you see yourself as a victim in such cases.
Thereby building a strong nation based upon such.
"medication" abortion should really be called: "Chemical" abortion, as it's closer to Cyclon-B than any actual "medicine".
Makes sense. Women are getting wiser and addressing it earlier in their pregnancies. Dodd did it.
We need more proactive supporters to offer help for young women in trouble. It’s out there but they have to take a higher profile.
