I’ve lived among Black people all my life, half raised by a Black nanny. Those families existed and still exist today.
(I’ve noticed that White culture has certainly devolved, too - and the manner of some of the posters on FR are a perfect example of White cultural devolution.)
In our area I have not seen a “classic” black family—father, mother, children out together shopping or eating at a restaurant or attending a public event anywhere—for decades.
I am sure they exist somewhere—just never see them...
Except on advertisements.
