I would settle for a specific definition of autism.

As of today, autism includes EVERY unusual behavior that has not already been assigned to a different mental health issue.

The Welfare Mons are given instructions on how to coach their kids on how to act in order to pass a test to prove autism is real. My first boss at the large Boston hospital where I worked for 25 years was a neuropathologist and an Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School. We were taking once about the brain and he said to me that scientists knew more about the surface of the moon than they knew about the human brain.

I wonder if they've made so much progress since then for anyone to make such a claim.
