Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet, PhD, an oceanographer, was one of the first to view footage from the UAP incidents in 2015 involving fighter jets attached to the USS Theodore Roosevelt, which at the time was conducting training exercises off the coast of Florida. Two videos captured by Navy fighter jets that were made public in 2020 show strange craft flying at incredible speeds with no visible means of propulsion, sometimes rotating in midair. “I knew then that what I saw was not our technology. We don’t test experimental aircraft in training ranges—it’s too dangerous—and I had access to everything classified. No nation has craft that can move like that,” he says.
Gallaudet, now retired from the Navy and currently the CEO of Ocean STL Consulting, is pushing for the U.S. government to treat these phenomena as a “national research priority.” Despite some public disclosures, many records remain classified, buried within defense contractor vaults or shielded by national security exemptions. If even part of what’s been reported is true, then the encounters off Virginia, California, and elsewhere could be the opening chapter in a much deeper mystery—one that spans oceans, navies, and continents.
This spring, Graves and Gallaudet briefed officials in Washington, D.C., on unidentified submerged objects. “We’re at a unique moment in history,” Graves says. “People have access to tools that can reveal things. The momentum is building.”
That momentum has already begun reshaping policy. In 2023, Congress passed the UAP Disclosure Act, legislation requiring federal agencies to collect, catalog, and disclose records related to recovered nonhuman craft and biologics. For the first time, U.S. law openly acknowledged the potential existence of off-world or nonhuman intelligence, and even hinted at craft retrieval and reverse engineering programs.

If they were hostile we would have been attacked many years ago.
Sightings go back a lot farther than that.
Yes they do. I was just using a rough number to get back to a time near Roswell and Trinity.
If, IF something from out there was able to arrive here, it could damn well hover wherever the heck it desires.
My wife was listening to a podcast about Steven G. noted UFO “expert.” Mr G states that he himself has communicated with aliens. He takes people out to an area where, he says, he has talked to aliens previously. He charges $2,500 per person to “experience” his contact. He has electronics he claims to be useful to connect and talk with them. On at least one of these sojourns, he failed. How he explained the failure told me everything I needed to know. He stated there were “doubters” in the crowd, so the aliens declined to converse this time.
As far as any real aliens, from a galaxy far, far away, it is just as likely that “they” will intercept images of San Francisco, Lost Angeless, and bypass Earth altogether. Who could blame them.
Which nation did the natives blame for more advanced technology than theirs?
Several of the fishermen I talked too that fished up in Alaska talked about the weird underwater alien stuff they’d seen - I figured they were just yanking my chain.
How can you have an underwater UFO? It isn’t ’Flying’, and it’s not even ‘Floating’. Is it ‘Flippering’?
It is evident he didn’t have access to all the classified material.
The probably aren't. There has been scuttlebutt for years about underwater "fast movers" and trans-medium sightings.
Are they lurking at the bottom of Challenger Deep? 👀
Because they have been seen entering and leaving the water.
Would you settle tor a picture of Jacqueline Bisset in “The Deep?”
Hostility is an anthropocentric assumption. They don’t need to attack us to work against our best interests.
What if their purpose is more subtle—like harvesting our souls? What if they are what the Bible calls demons?
Perhaps they cunningly took over the political party, say the Democrats? And then, destroy us from within!
Tucker was saying this a couple years ago. He said he saw/heard of evidence that the UFOs are in the oceans.
They could certainly be that; however, why would a demon need a ship? They can stalk us without all of that stuff. I don't think ships would improve their chances for "possession".

expect new terminology shortly.
They are particularly interested in human sex.
But then, who isn't.;-)
For the same reason the Greeks needed a giant wooden horse.
As an aside, it has been suggested that not all demons are like the berserkers that possess people. It's infinitely more complex than that.
Once again, an anthropocentric idea. Think about this issue from a (dark) spiritual perspective.
Abductees say that the beings who abduct them are "tricksters."
Now do some research on Jung's trickster archetype.
What you end up with is a slowly developing image of what some people have dealt with—beings that, in the Bible, might have been roughly called fallen angels (or extentions thereof).
