Three observations:

1. One shouldn't discount the possibility that the murder victim was killed elsewhere, dismembered, and the remains deposited behind the Waffle House at some later time.
2. I am surprised the smell hadn't attracted the attention of passersby / Waffle House customers earlier.
3. The discovery of a decomposed corpse just steps from your Waffle House has got to be terrible for business.

Yes, cartels and their extensions are operating all over the world. MS-13 is a good example, like the most perfect “Maryland Man” who had tattoos with “MS-13 on his knuckles caught smuggling humans. These animals are a curse on the whole planet.

Well, the head could have been dragged 100 ft away from the decomposing body by coyotes or other animals.

My guess is as good as anyone’s at this point, but could have been a homeless person who died there from exposure or drug overdose.
