Amazing how sales dropped when they went from a family style restaurant and store to a bar that served food.
Two of my local favorite restaurants (not chains) have servers often wearing MAGA attire.
Needless to say the food and service are excellent.
About 5 years ago Chick-Fil-A stopped giving to conservative Christian groups like Athletes-in-Action and the Salvation Army. Instead they gave to the Southern Poverty Law Center. Later, they backed off when the backlash came — but continued to support LGBTQ causes.

They changed a storefront picture and that’s the end of them? Dunkin did the same and nothing happened.

In what way do you all think she “looks DEI”? What does that mean? I don’t see it. She just looks like a businesswoman to me.
I don’t like these latest changes. But I stopped buying meals at CB when it went downhill and the prices went too high. Why is everyone else losing their mind over this restaurant now?
What’s Mrs. Rib’s take on all this, having worked there during their growth years?
She'll get there on merit. Or built the business herself. Maybe inherited it herself.
That's not the case here so it's DEI.
I’ve never seen anyone that looks like her eating at a Cracker Barrel so its hard to understand the company going with someone who is visually the epitome of a DEI liberal. They must not care about their stock price.

But there are many worse options out there, especially with too much alcohol involved.
Was successful. Soon to be dumped in the trash can of Liberal women disasters. They cant govern or run companies. Different story with conservative women.
CB isn’t Taco Bell, thats also a chicken place and a taco place.
