Cracker Barrel has made its way into the internet zeitgeist as the hybrid restaurant and country store has been rolling out its redesigned interiors and new logo to mixed reviews, but its CEO told "Good Morning America" this week that the feedback so far has been "overwhelmingly positive."
"People like what we're doing," Julie Felss Masino told "GMA" on Tuesday, in response to the shift to more modern country touches. "Cracker Barrel needs to feel like the Cracker Barrel for today and for tomorrow -- the things that you love are still there. We need people to choose us, and we want people to choose us."
Masino added that at a recent on-site meeting with managers in Florida, the "No. 1 question I got asked was, 'How can I get a remodel, when can I get a remodel, and how do I get on the list?'"
"The buzz is so good, not only from our customers, but from our team," she said.
Masino also announced the company's new campaign on Tuesday, dubbed "All the More," which she said "highlights how people feel about Cracker Barrel."
"It is bigger than just a meal. We have a retail shop, you're gonna get great country hospitality with our scratch-made food in our restaurants, and that's really what the campaign celebrates," she explained.

I think they said something like this after the Budweiser catastrophe. After insisting that the ads were very popular with the public.
And over 50% of Coca-cola drinkers said they preferred the taste of “New Coke”. Yeah, right.
Looks like Marie Harf.
Marie was on fox a few days ago. Truly dumb as a post.
Your new dining room looks blander than a naked rice care.
I don’t care about the logo, but if you think your new dining room is on target you are certifiably insane
It looks like someone rented and old 1980s McDonald’s and decided let’s make a restaurant but we only have the budget to paint the walls white and put in some tables.
Doubling-down on a losing plan. “But everyone loves it. Everyone!” As their value is down a few hundred million dollars and people are swearing not to patronize the establishment again.
It's not a Bud Light scenario but Target. They'll run CB into the ground as mission accomplished, and you cannot undo lasting damage to a brand in restaurants, the way you can sometimes wait out retail.
Cracker Barrel is a public company traded on the New York Stock Exchange; whatever its other shortcomings, it’s not owned by China.
Remember in 2013 when Cracker Barrel said they were going to stop carrying Duck Dynasty goods due to Phil Robertson’s statements on homosexuality in the Bible?
Also, remember when they publicly apologized and said they weren’t going to sever the relationship after the resounding backlash?
Apparently, this CEO doesn’t remember that.
So how is it that the Left is able to capture all the important institutions in our country?
We don't really have anything left.
We just have the Middle Class basically that's pretty much it.
Yet we see it all the time.
Never mind that stock price...
She’s lying.
As Dennis Prager says Leftists lie as easy as breathing.
DEI
Cracker Barrel [CBRL] IPO'd in 1981 and trades on the NASDAQ.
A lot of the front-of-house crap is Chinese-made, but CBRL is an S&P 600 mainstay, mostly owned by American-based equity market companies.
Not as brilliant as Land O Lakes butter logo. They removed the Indian and kept the land.
Correction: Cracker Barrel is traded on the NASDAQ exchange.
She’s full of BS.
The only “overwhelming positive” reaction has been from her and her cronies.
Real Americans hate it, just like they hate the Bud Light Dylan crap, Target targeting our kids, and so many others.
Cool! I want to be there when she says this at the next shareholders' meeting.
Julie Felss Masino lies hugely, but not convincingly.
