Two teenage boys have been suspended from a Virginia high school for sexual harassment after confronting a transgender student about their presence in the male locker room.
The students at Stone Bridge High School were suspended for 10 days on Friday after being found responsible for sexual harassment and sex-based discrimination on school grounds, according to ABC 7News.
The controversial decision followed a months-long investigation into a video - recorded by a female student who identifies as male - that captured the boys expressing discomfort over 'a girl' being in the boys’ locker room.
Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) stated that the district allows students to use bathrooms and locker rooms based on their self-identified gender rather than their biological sex, and, as a result, the students were found to be in violation of rules.
But the outcome shocked the boys’ parents, who condemned the decision as a deeply troubling and 'concerning development.'
'We're absolutely floored that they came back and branded my son responsible for sexual harassment and sex based discrimination with no solid evidence whatsoever,' said Renae Smith, the mother of one of the suspended boys.
'We're talking about scarring him for life by a biased process that's supposed to protect fairness, but it's shocking.
'It's wrong, and it should terrify every single parent.'

Abolish public schools. It is the only place the blue hair SJWs can get jobs. They are evil.
“suspended for 10 days”
The trannie boy who raped a girl in the girls room got less punishment.
No, I meant 11 (which is 3 in decimal). Let me restate my prior post, but with the decimal as well as the binary number.
There are 11 (3 in decimal) kinds of people:
Those who understand binary.
Those who don't.
And those dumb enough to think "nonbinary" is a thing.
With 43 genders there must be at least 43 kinds of people.
Maybe because Loudon County is a woke, social-engineering public education sh*thole?
I had no idea it was that bad!
>>Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) stated that the district allows students to use bathrooms and locker rooms based on their self-identified gender rather than their biological sex
And what, exactly, is LCPS’s policy about recording video of underage children in bathrooms and locker rooms? Can all the boys walk over to the girls shower room and start filming without repercussions?
Exactly. How was it sex based? Last I heard the abnormal student had a vag.
There are 11 types of people: those who understand binary, those who don’t, and those who are tired of seeing this binary joke.
So right. I forgot about that. LOL
Keep pushing socialist freaks. You’re not going to enjoy the result. The warning signs are all around you globally now...but keep pushing.
There are those who have a 1, and those who have a 0, and those who think they are somewhere in between.
Binary reminded me of a funny story.
Many years ago I was at Disney at an arcade in Future World. I was looking at the tic-toc-toe machine. The game displayed a tic-tac-toe card filled with Xs, and 0s. The challenge was to quickly memorize the card and reenter it exactly on the next screen. Two Asian kids were standing next to me looking at the game and I said to them it’s just binary. Converting the rows to numbers reduced what you had to remember by 50%. So we played and killed that machine. People stood around watching us with awe. We cheated. We all took a row so we reduced we had to remember by another 75%. One kid took two rows. An example of distributive processing which was a new concept back then.
They also come out of Fairfax county and Alexandria school district. They should all be closed. They destroy lives ... Of students ... Parents ... And teachers who fought against them.
There you have it, same thing that gave Youngkin the win 4 years ago can give Sears the win this time Youngkin was behind by the same amount. Hang this around the dems neck and Winsom should get the win.
“after confronting a transgender student about their presence in the male locker room.”
This sentence makes no sense. It says “their presence”. Why would they confront anybody about their own presence? Or, were there more than one transgender student? Then why does it say “confronting a transgender student”? Or, were they drunk and seeing double? So what was it? I am so confused.
I had a somewhat sarcastic experience about 5 or so years ago. I was in New Brunswick, Canada visiting extended family on July 1 (Canada Day). It was in small quaint town with a parade and it was my job to stand next to the parade to video my family riding in their old Ford Model-A in the parade. While waiting, some courteous, yet drunk as skunks, young people offered me water because it was hot (27C, which 81F).
In my strongest Alabama accent I replied "This ain't hot" (keeping in mind that just two days before I had been in 100F outside loading a large trailer back home). One of the Canadians asked where I was from; I told him. And the drunkest young man said, "Yeah, I bet you speak only one language." I replied that I speak only one, but I can read and write multiple languages fluently, and the ones I've forgotten I can always quickly recall after looking at it a few minutes. So he demanded I tell him which languages. To which I replied by naming every programming language I've ever used all the way back to Commodore 64 BASIC when I was 14. LOL
I’m sorry, but it aint “fury” until smoke billows.
Great displeasure, sure.
In cities, smoke billowing is celebration, so what do I know.
I can remember when Loudon and Prince William counties were reasonably sane. Now the both counties are just bedroom counties for the DC crowd.
Good for you. I loved to program back then. I got pretty good at Basic. After several corporate lay offs, one day I was told that I was now a Unix administrator. So the Basic programming prepared me to write shell scripts to monitor stuff and perform repetitive tasks. I wrote some real clever scripts.
