What Does “304” Mean?
As a slang term, “304” is used as an alternative to the word “hoe.” Sometimes it’s used broadly to refer to promiscuous women in general. Other times it’s used to refer directly to prostitutes and other types of sex workers.
The origins of 304 come from digital calculators. If you type “304” into a calculator and then turn it upside down, it looks like it spells “hoe.” It’s the same idea as typing “8008135” into the calculator so it reads “boobies.” It’s a ‘90s kid thing, you wouldn’t get it.

Well ... in all fairness, $100,000 a month in child support is only $1.2 million a year, and that will end when the child reaches adulthood. The $15 million lump sum probably wouldn’t pay for vacations and cosmetic surgeries for more than a couple of years. She’ll be flat broke by the time she’s in her 40’s, and she’ll be too old to shop for another sugar daddy. What is the poor girl supposed to live on?
This is nothing we don’t see from NBA players who are broke five years after leaving the league.

That's the problem with Elon. He doesn't seem to know that complex behavior and culture are not inherited. He's created a pack of illegitimate children just like the inhabitants of ghettos. Children are abused by no father homes but in his case, the kids seem to have no parents. ( one of the other baby mamas talked about hiring a nanny so she could travel)
Hopefully Elon gets to do whatever good he will do in this world for a long time because his kids are likely to be on a serious revenge jag if they get his money.
If he is,in fact,the biological father of her child...or if he legally adopted one of her kids...I find it very,very difficult to believe that she’s broke. Unless,of course,she’s some kind of junkie,drunk or gambler.
His constant craving for attention borders on pathological at times.

To add to that, "304" rose in popularity in order to avoid bot censors that would automatically remove online posts that included the words "hoe", "whore", or the like. (and would often ban those who posted such terms)
At the risk of disillusioning you, digital calculators became quite common in the 1970s, so we did most of the things you mentioned as belonging solely to the 1990s. “7734,” for example, was obviously “hell.” Yep, you ripped us off.
And we ripped off the kids from the 1950s, and earlier, regarding other cultural stuff as they probably did someone else in turn.
