Pinot Ping!...............
Unfortunately Pinot Noir is out nowadays but it certainly was my fav.
Check to the other two.
Since Mrs. V_TWIN bought me a flat flatop griddle fajitas are on the menu regularly.
And there is no such thing as bad ice cream. š
Iām in on all three!
When in doubt about which wine to serve - use Pinot Noir, b/c it pairs with almost anything.
As for fajitas - love them - make the fajita chicken in my crock pot with peppers from the garden and fajita spice packets. We like it all layered in bowls - rice and beans on the bottom, fajita chicken on top, then chopped onions, shredded lettuce, cheese and jalpenos to top it all off.
Delicious any time of year! With a nice Pino Noir, of course.
Paul Giamatti was excellent in Cinderella Man. He became one of my favorite actors.
My wife and I enjoy Rex Hill Pinot Noir, from the Willamette Valley in Oregon.
