A Simple Thought Re Mail-In Ballot Delivery
Vanity | 8/17/2025 | Carry_Okie

Posted on 08/17/2025 10:25:08 PM PDT by Carry_Okie

As we know, Grabbin' Noisome is planning a special election to return the power to draw Congressional districts to the State Legislature.

Anybody with functioning brain cells knows that the only way to win that special election would be an epic level of ballot fraud and manipulated vote counting.

To the former (and this might help nationwide), Trump could instruct the Postal Service to refuse to process mail-in ballots without sending them certified mail in order to guarantee a chain of custody. That takes a signature and voter ID if Trump specifies it.

I just want to see the meltdown when he writes that Executive Order.

If anyone else has proposed this, I apologize for not acknowledging it. I was just aspired into thinking it worthy of consideration.

The trick is to do it without violating the principle of a secret ballot. At least it gets the ballot to the counting center without allowing the Slave Party to pad the total with every illegal in the State.

If the Post Office could check the submission against registration rolls, that would take care of another part of the problem. It’s getting the envelopes to the counting center in a rigorous fashion that matters. Assuring that the ballots are counted properly without knowing the voter ID is a different problem.

It would be challenged as a “Poll Tax,” effectively costing people money to vote, and would be ruled a violation of someone’s civil rights. Unless, Congress also instructed the state of California to pay for the registered mail

Corrupt Democrats benefit from harvesting “mail-in
ballots” that violate a “chain of custody” requirement,

Trump could easily thwart this corruption by issuing an Executive Order:
<><>instruct the Postal Service to refuse to process mail-in ballots
<><>specify mail-ins must be sent “certified mail”
<><>ballots would then have s signature and ID of the actual voter.

USPS would cover costs per Congress.

Fixed.

The voter voids the right to secret ballot by voting any other way than in-person after ID check.

Chain of custody trumps in that respect.

IMHO

Michigan voter fraud is rampant:
<><>Israeli Addresses Registered Many “Permanent Absentee Voters” from a Single Mi Coffee Shop
<><>Mi Dem Secy of State Jocelyn Benson is known for the most corrupt voter rolls in the nation.
<><>320,000 identified “ghost” voters on Michigan’s voter rolls…
<><>middle-aged women registered to vote at Michigan State U’s all-male fraternity houses...
<><>votes being cast from addresses that don’t exist
<><>dead voters galore...
<><>at least 16 KNOWN foreigners registered and VOTED in 2024.
<><>Mi known for precincts where over 100% voted.

Michigan serves as the model for how dirty voter rolls and and corrupt top election officials can cause an entire nation to question the validity of election results.

On July 25, 2025, the Civil Rights division of the US Department of Justice demanded that SOS Benson respond to their request for documents related to the state’s voter registration processes. The letter asked her to explain Duplicate registrations (45.7% of all transactions), low removal rates of ineligible voters, potential violations of federal voter ID laws and Compliance with the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) & Help America Vote Act (HAVA).

Benson, who has been term-limited and is now running in the Democrat primary for governor of Michigan, was given 14 days to comply. She either refused to comply or ignored the DOJ’s request....

It would be challenged as a “Poll Tax,” effectively costing people money to vote,

The envelope could plainly be prepaid (and if a separate category is needed, there is nothing to stop it) or the Post Office instructed to waive the fee. If a Congressional appropriation would be needed for that, the GOP could offer to pay for all the postage. It would make one heck of a campaign ad while making clear who is in the fraud business.

I'd make a contribution for that. Wouldn't you?

The 2024 election cost about $15 BILLION... insane.

this is how we can save that money and increase election integrity... using blockchain and smart devices.

note:
in order to be recognized by the blockchain, every person must register with a previously recognized blockchain member with authority to register.

steps for the US:

- POTUS placed on blockchain
- POTUS authorizes every state governor to the blockchain
- each governor defines all districts to the blockchain
- each governor authorizes each supervisor of elections from each district
- upon all supervisors being authorized, each governor will register the state is ready for election prep
- each supervisor would register any subordinates needed to register voters
- every voter must provide proof of identity when they register to vote
- the registering agent would scan certain documents that prove identity for the blockchain
- when registering, every voter would be given a voter-id number, choose a password, and register a palm or fingerprint
- voters will have a ballet-wallet created and placed on the blockchain
- a wallet address would be registered for the voter with the supervisor
- voters can open their ballot-wallet using a smart-app similar to an ewallet for crypto
- sidenote: when voters move, die, or somehow become ineligible to vote, an event would be pushed to the blockchain
- when an election is announced, the governor for each state will post the event to the blockchain
- upon pushing an election announcement, the governor will authorize all supervisors to design a ballot for the races in the district
- supervisors would push the ballot design to the blockchain, notifying the governor
- the governor would authorize and approve the ballot design for every supervisor
- when all supervisors have completed their ballots, the governor will note the event
- the governor will push an event for all supervisors to push ballots, one per wallet, each being recorded to the blockchain
- the time and date the election will open will then be pushed to the chain
- once the election starts, voters would be able to open their wallets and see their ballot
- note: ONLY the voter can see and use THEIR ballot.
- note: total number of ballots is exactly the number of registered voters for that district
- voters would see the ballots rendered on a smart device (most likely with pictures and links to details)
- when a voter submits their ballot, it is recorded to the blockchain live along with various meta data to protect against fraud
- the blockchain would be monitored live (ie: https://bitcoinmonitor.com )
- the results of an election would be known the minute the election ends
- voters could vote multiple times... but they would only be updating their vote.
- voters could check to make sure their votes were registered properly at any time (the blockchain would exist forever, theoretically)

this would eliminate multi-voting, multi-state voting, dead voting, ghost voting, and most other shenanigans.

you could vote from anywhere in the world and your vote would still be cast in your home district.

if people do not have a smart device, they could go to the local fire station where a public tablet would be made available.

The first control is to clean the voter rolls.

The second is to restrict absentee ballots to necessary exceptions that are specifically identified to one individual.

The third is to sequence and account for all absentee ballots from printing through vote counting.

Finally, the vote count must be manual, with all ballots kept for verification and audit.

I'm going to suggest that ballots are sent only to a specific person (registered voters) and that name and address is on a strip connected to the actual ballot. It has a number and matches the ballot.

You tear off the strip and that is your receipt. That would be equivalent to signing in at the polls. Yes No ???

My two cents:

Go back to the absentee ballot only and stop the mail in ballot. Get to the polls....that is YOUR duty. It is not the duty of the state to drag a vote out of you.

Early voting....Federal Election...should all be the same. One week before (7 days) and no more. Absentee ballots valid if postmarked on or before election day and received no later that 5 days (incl Sat & Sun) after the polls close.

No votes to be opened or counted until the close of election day.

Can Trump do this for a State election?

Involving Congressional Districts maybe. He's not actually interfering with anything. The opportunity is the same for everybody. There are questions about the disabled that would have to be resolved. What's to stop him?

Use special paper. Watermark the paper. Add bar codes to serial number them.

I thought you had a good idea until you mentioned that the Postal Service should be involved.

I hate to break it to you but they're the ones that are being paid to bring boxes of ballots in trucks that we pay for.

No ballots should be mailed in.

It's easy to find out who are disabled in any area of the country and only those should ballots.

I would make it the job of the local registrar of voters to get those ballots.
