lol someone created a website to let Americans apply to the market surveys for unlisted H1B-earmarked job openings that have already been given to a foreign applicant
If any US citizen applies to one of these, they legally canโt issue an H1B for it hahahahahahahahaha

Brilliant. How many tech jobs would there really be no American applicants for? And if there were such jobs, would it not be because they paid below the market rate?

the neoCON free traitor open border globalist scum aren’t going to like having to pay a fair wage to their countrymen. They demand cheap foreign labor (and the mass chain migration that comes with it.)

I can see the law suits a mile away. If an American doesn’t get hired, they can sue for discrimination. Good. Bring it on. The H1B program should be shut down yesterday.

Need to start charging an annual fee for every h1b visa a company gets, maybe about 50k a year should be enough

Market rate is one side of the problem. The other is that you cannot apply to another company for a job — the initial one who holds your H1B permit/visa will deport you immediately. So, you are locked in no matter what, you are a slave.

Hopefully this sends some of the H-1B’s BTI.

The whole program should just be ended. Should have been ended by now. Too bad the tech bros are all over the Trump admin.

If any US citizen applies to one of these, they legally canโt issue an H1B for it hahahahahahahahaha Pretty sure it doesn't work that way. The company can just say you "aren't qualified" or "aren't a good fit". They can then proceed to hire an H1-B who isn't qualified, either -- but nobody checks up on that.
