Give us this day our daily dose of Potassium Bromate..............
The important thing is: You must be afraid. Of everything.
I hear ezekiel bread is pretty healthy.....if you can afford it that is 😏

The key question is not what’s in a food. The key question is it at an amount that is actually harmful?
I don’t want to creep out anyone. But there is probably some mouse poop in your cereal. It’s unavoidable, as mice get into farm storage bins.
But the amount is way less than what is considered harmful. So no big deal.
I’d like to say more, but I’ve got to get back to my bowl of Cap’n Crunch.
🥣
I've noticed and it seems ... not right.
Wow.
I’ve been making my own bread for about 15 years now. I use organic flour, non-rBST butter, Redmond’s Real Salt, organic raw sugar, and yeast. Put it all in a breadmaker and let the machine do the work of kneading. Shape it into a loaf, put it in a loaf pan, let rise, and bake. Easy peasy. Can be shaped into hamburger or hot dog buns, but I just use thicker slices of the loaf for hamburgers and hot dogs. Took a LOT of practice to learn to slice it evenly, though. LOL When it starts to go stale, it’s good for toast or toasted sandwiches. Or half the loaf can go in the freezer.
Agree ... seems wrong.
I bought some Ezekiel bread in July. It’s in the freezer section. It is tasty and filling compared to many other breads. It cost more than many shelf stable breads, but we have enjoyed it. I try to stay away from breads as much as possible, but sometimes, you just have to. The other bread I’ve been buying and enjoying is a homemade sourdough from an Amish baker. They sell it at our orchard market. It may still have some of these same ingredients, but I think it would be much less than a commercial sourdough.
Hot dog and hamburger buns don’t seem to mold................
I specifically take N-acetyl cysteine (NAC) everyday, I guess because I don't think I get enough L-cysteine from breads I don't eat.
Some of this article seems reasonable while some, obviously (from above), does not.
Some tortillas seem to have softeners also.
More bro, bro!

Thanks for mentioning that! I’m on a doctor-ordered low carb diet.
🙁
One thing I had to give up is English muffins. And I love English muffins.
I just looked it up. To my surprise, my local grocery store carries ezekiel English muffins. They’re half the carbs and three times the fiber as regular ones.
Their net carbs (carbs - fiber) make them acceptable in moderation.
🙂
Thanks again.
😁............................
I've heard of it, but
I don't eat bread, cereals, pasta, crackers and the like,
except for a slice a day of the Delba brand from Germany. It's now $3.49 locally.
The Pumpernickel and Whole Rye pretty much taste alike, Sunflower Seed and Three Grain are a bit fragile.
bkmk
Hey, I happen to enjoy my daily allowance of bread toxins.
