Another Al-Jazeera 'journalist' moonlighting as a Hamas terrorist rubbed out by IDF

He also worked for Reuters, according to the Jerusalem Post, winning a team Pulitzer prize for breaking news photography.

What is it about journalism that draws so many terrorists?

According to Fox News:

An Al Jazeera journalist who was killed by an Israeli airstrike in the Gaza Strip was the leader of a Hamas "terrorist cell," the Israel Defense Forces announced.

Anas Al-Sharif and four of his colleagues – identified by Al Jazeera as correspondent Mohammed Qreiqeh and camera operators Ibrahim Zaher, Mohammed Noufal and Moamen Aliwa – died Sunday in what the Qatari-based network called a "targeted Israeli attack" on a tent housing journalists in Gaza City.

"The IDF struck the terrorist Anas Al-Sharif, who posed as a journalist for the Al Jazeera network," the Israeli military said in a statement. "Anas Al-Sharif served as the head of a terrorist cell in the Hamas terrorist organization and was responsible for advancing rocket attacks against Israeli civilians and IDF troops."

Hamas thugs have turned up in the camera crews of Reuters and on the staff of the Associated Press, while spies, saboteurs and would-be assassins have found a nesting ground at the Voice of America. The BBC has a slew of dirtbags of all kinds, too.

But nobody attracts them like Al Jazeera, the Qatari-owned news outlet that serves as a flame to the moths of terrorism. This character who was rubbed out, Al Sharif, not only was on staff at Al Jazeera, he was previously on the Reuters camera crew that won a Pulitzer prize for breaking news, according to the Jerusalem Post:

Al Sharif was previously part of a Reuters team that in 2024 won a Pulitzer Prize in the category of Breaking News Photography for coverage of the Israel-Hamas war.

Shows the ‘standards’ of our sicko media. Previous societies would know what to do with such slime, and would have done so.

I remember when I was in Iraq, it was pretty openly known that Al-Qaeda operatives that were working directly with enemy combatants, were also acting as “sources” to Associated Press, CNN, and all the other usual suspect news agencies. Their reports would normally get picked up on SIGINT and then with in a couple hours, you would start seeing news reports from the media that would report word for word basically what Al-Qaeda gave them to report

As they say, you don’t hate the media enough.

Don't be naive. Journalism, in word and photography, is about setting narratives.

Why do the major news outlets always report the news from a Hamas perspective? Because they have journalists embedded in Hamas itself. That makes them anything but objective.

Killing another terrorist? NOTHING they do will absolve them of their child starvation in Gaza. It's nauseating that these weirdo Israeli ***-kissers think starving a child is acceptable b/c an "existing condition was suddenly "discovered"......

npr.org-----Photos of a starving baby in Gaza shocked the world

Israel supporters believe the image shows how international media are "falsifying reporting" about mass starvation in Gaza.

Updated August 7, 2025, Heard on All Things Considered, By Anas Baba, Emily Feng, 4-Minute Listen Transcript

Hidayat Al-Motawaq holds her 18-month-old son, Mohammad Al-Motawaq, in their tent in the Gaza Strip on August 3, 2025. Mohammad is wearing only a diaper, and his ribs are sticking out. His limbs are unusually thin for a child of his age.

GAZA CITY, Gaza Strip — You likely have seen the images: an emaciated Palestinian baby boy, lying limp in his mother's arms. The pictures are of 18-month-old Mohammad Al-Motawaq and his widowed mother, Hidayat Al-Motawaq, in Gaza City. Mohammad is a year and a half old and nearly all bone. His eyes protrude, as does his swollen stomach. His spine is so sharp and so defined, it seems it might poke through his thin skin. His name is Mohammad Al-Motawaq. He is 18 months old. And he is starving in Gaza The images are among those published by major media organizations, including NPR, that depict the extreme hunger that has gripped most of Gaza. NPR first met the family and photographed the family members in late July, in their tent by the Mediterranean Sea in north Gaza, where they had been displaced. Since then, the images of Mohammad have been widely circulated within Israel and around the world for a very different reason: Israel's supporters believe the images show how international media are falsifying reporting about mass starvation in Gaza.
