US President Donald Trump has nominated State Department spokeswoman and former Fox News host Tammy Bruce to be the US deputy representative to the United Nations.
In a post on Truth Social, Trump said that Bruce, who has been working at the US State Department since he took office in January, has done a "fantastic job" in the role.
Before joining government, Bruce was a Fox News conservative contributor for more than 20 years, and has authored several books that are critical of liberals, including "Fear Itself: Exposing the Left's Mind-Killing Agenda". It is unclear when she will take over the role if her nomination is confirmed by the Senate.

Did you ever listen to Bruce's radio show? She's ultra-conservative and ultra-MAGA, and she has been for years.
Is she still gay?.
According to the biased left-wing BBC, Trump’s immigration crackdown is “controversial.”

My sis and I were big fans of her radio show, too. And then we followed her to her podcast where she was able to “go commando”, as she called it — not have to watch her language or not tone down content.
Sis would download some podcasts to play in the car when we were on road trips with Mom. We wondered how Mom, a prim naive preacher’s wife, would react. She couldn’t stop laughing, and became a big Tammy fan until she died. (We never told her she was a lesbian.)
